By accessing Carbox app, customers are able to order all Car care and related services. Our staff members will offer the service at customers doorsteps.

Order Cancelation

Before confirmation you will have the opportunity to cancel your order. Therefore you will be asked “Are you sure you want to cancel this booking?”. You can confirm your answer by submitting a statement in order to proceed with your order cancellation.

Payments

We offer our customers an incredible opportunity to pay via credit card or by cash at the time of pickup & delivery. Payment is due at time of service; App Payment, Card Payment, Cash or through Loyalty Points or by a quick pay via an Etisalat postpaid bill.

  • If you make a payment for our services on our application, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AE

 Refund Policy

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

  • The full purchase amount is will be returned.
  • It may take up to 15 days for a refund to be credited back to your card.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Delivery Policy

A Single order maybe split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and / or weight limits for parcels by the courier/postal company. The cardholder should be aware of the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
